Tasting Notes

The Ruchè varietal probably originates from France, imported centuries ago. The name slightly changed into Rusce into Ruchè ( because the vine grows mainly on rocky soil, rocky>ruche ).
This Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato has as great harmony and a particular balanced aromatic vein.
The bouquet is floral, the palate is warm with a long lasting finish of violet scents.
