Tasting Notes

One of the highlights of my recent trip to Champagne was my visit with Pascal Agrapart. Centered in the small town of Avize, Pascal has made an impressive name for himself for producing some of the most well made and inspiring Champagnes in all of the region.His wines are made from Mono varietals and are all single vineyard expressions from grand cru vineyards. Simply put these are some of the most awesome wines produced today in Champagne.

In this set of new releases, the Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Terroir boasts a serious core of pure density and fruit. This is an especially elegant and at the same time powerful Champagne,backed up with superb minerality and intense layers of a fruit resonant finish.
