Tasting Notes

A perfect vintage benefiting from 18 months spent in French oak.
Pale gold and honey-like. Delicate aromatics of kiwi, melon and caramel carried along a velvet palate. This wine was fermented in stainless steel with light lees aging, followed by 18 months in french oak. Pairs well with fish, roast chicken and buttery popcorn.
