Tasting Notes

This grape, officially recognized since 15/06/2009
by the white berry native vines of the Ravenna
valley, are called “Famoso”. This wine has been
reviewed by Bagnacavallo Consortium and registered
as Rambèla. This vine has unique aromatic
characteristics and it's a vintage wine without any
forcing of its maturation. It's fresh and smelling.
Colour: yellow with some green reflections.
Bouquet: it's intense and persuasive and it reminds one of sweet citrus and apricot.
Taste: it's dried, delicate, with a rather bitter taste.
You should drink this wine at 10-12° with white
meat, and cold fish starters.
