BIXIO AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG 2017
Intense ruby-red color. Complex aroma with hints of plum jam and balsamic vinegar. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, with flavor notes of blackberry jam, black currants and chocolate.

CAVALIER BARTOLOMEO "ALTENASSO" BAROLO DOCG 2014
Garnet color with characteristic orange highlights that become more evident with aging. The aroma is quite intense, persistent and fine, with hints of blueberry and black plum and light hints of candied orange peel, dried almond, and woodland notes. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, sapid, still tannic, with good structure and persistence and an austere finish.

CORTE DEI VENTI BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG 2012
Bright ruby with garnet hues. Typical aromas of ripe red fruits that combine with hints of vanilla and chocolate against a delicate and ethereal balsamic background, with additional notes of tobacco and medicinal herbs. Great intensity in the mouth. The fullness and roundness are excellently supported by freshness and structure. The tannins are robust and soft at the same time, giving an elegance and persistence to this wine and assuring it of a long life.

VIGNA CERBAIA BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG 2003
Dark garnet, turning pale mahogany at the rim. A deep and complex nose with ripe cherry, dried fruits, violets, tar, autumn forest and licorice. The medium-bodied palate reveals layers of dried fruits and savory notes, with a round, silky mouth feel and a long, fruit-driven finish.

AND FINALLY:
LE CHIANTIGIANE "SASSOROTTO" ROSSO DI MONTECUCCO DOC BIO 2016
Intense ruby red which evolves to garnet red when aged. A lovely, well-balanced wine on the nose, with predominantly cherry and berry notes. Velvety and generous on the palate, with sweet, soft tannins.

*It's an organic wine (vino biologico).

*It's made using the ancient Governo all’uso Toscano technique, a way to increase smoothness and reduce acidity in wines made from Sangiovese and other local varieties.

*The up-and-coming appellation, Montecucco DOC, is located right between the Brunello di Montalcino zone and the Morellino di Scansano zone.
