Tasting Notes

Golden amber concentrate with aromas of rich ginger and honey followed by a buttery shortbread and apricot finish. Picked at the end of January, then fermented and aged over four months in a small Canadian oak barrel. Serve beside blue cheese drizzled with honey and walnuts, or lighter desserts.
