Tasting Notes

A deeply coloured wine with a bright ruby rim and legs that go on. Powerful, rich nose of bright berry and plum notes and subtle cedar undertones. Grown in our vineyard from decade-old vines, this Baco is smooth and velvety on the tongue, with a firm but yielding tannic structure. Beautifully long finish. This is a great BBQ wine, and would complement burgers, steaks, or spaghetti Bolognese wonderfully - or try after your meal with a blueberry compote for a different experience. Drink now to 2018.
