Tasting Notes

Grapes used: 100% Prié Blanc, Blanc de
Morgex genus.
Production method: traditional white
wine method, using temperature controlled
fermentation with specially selected
yeasts.
CHARACTERISTICS
In the glass: light straw yellow, tending toward
green.
In the nose: delicate aromas of mountain
herbs along with a slight note of sage.
In the mouth: notes of rennet apple suffused
with a well-balanced minerality,
followed by a light almond fi nish.
Alcohol:  11,5°.
Acidity: 5.5 g/L. Net dry extract 17 g/L.
Food pairing suggestions: great as an
aperitif, with light antipasti such as slices
of motzetta, a delicate air-dried beef, as
well as other cured meats and white meat
dishes or a typical Carbonada casserole.
Ideal match for Fontina and reblec cheeses.
Or why not try with a simple tomato
and basil pizza.
Serving suggestions: best served at
8-10°C.
