LE RUGHE PROSECCO DOC BRUT (ITALY)
Brilliant, light-straw yellow with persistent perlage. On the nose, medium intensity and delicate aromas of grapefruit. The palate has citrus, acacia, pear and apple, and the very pleasant combination of acidity, effervescence and sweetness lead to a lingering, complex finish.

PAIRING: This lovely and authentic Prosecco is excellent as an aperitif. Pair with a wide range of savory appetizers.

QUINTA VALE D'ALDEIA "FORAL DE MEDA" BRANCO DOURO DOC 2018 (PORTUGAL)
Fresh, citrusy flavor and even some tropical notes. In the mouth, it is fresh with well-balanced acidity.

PAIRING: Grilled fish dishes; light mixed salads; shellfish such as stone crab, mussels and clams; bacalhau (salt cod); light chicken and rabbit dishes made with white sauces; and pasta with vegetables and cheese; mushroom omelet; goat cheese and Brie or Camembert.

BIXIO "ITALICO" PINOT GRIGIO TERRE DEGLI OSCI IGT 2020 (MOLISE, ITALY)
On the nose, delicate aromas of citrus, apple, and pear, with notes of almond. In the mouth it is crisp and dry with a pleasant freshness and soft pear and melon flavors along with good persistence.

PAIRING: Antipasti, fish, seafood, pureed vegetable soups, grain-based soups, risotto or pasta with cream- or fresh tomato-based sauce, and fresh cheeses.

LE BIGNELE "LU.MI" ROSE VERONESE IGT 2018 (ITALY)
Aroma of raspberries, cherries, and citrus fruits. Nicely dry and fresh on the palate.

PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif. Pair with appetizers such as cheese and cold cuts; salads; spring vegetables, pasta or rice with creamy or cheesy sauce; seafood, fish, and fried foods.

CLOS DEL PINELL GARNACHA NEGRA TERRA ALTA DO 2019 (SPAIN)
Aroma of strawberries and cherries, with balsamic notes. In the mouth, it is dry and fresh, on the lighter side of medium bodied, and quite fruity with notes of cherry cough drops and a hint of almond. Quite similar in style to Pinot Noir.

PAIRING: Perfect accompaniment to a charcuterie and cheese board. Goes well with tomato-and-cheese-based pasta dishes and pizza (like Margherita pizza); seared duck, salmon or tuna; grilled lamb, pork, or beef; meaty stews and casseroles; slightly spicy dishes like Channa Masala, and goat cheese.

TRULLO DI PEZZA "MEZZAPEZZA" PRIMITIVO SALENTO IGP 2016 (ITALY)
Crisp intensity on the nose, with decisively fruity aromas of marasca cherry, plum, and a puff of tobacco that emerges among the fruit. Pleasing on the palate, with round body but with an elegant freshness. Interesting, fruity finish.

PAIRING: Grilled burgers; roasted or grilled red meats with tangy sauces; rustic, hearty, tomato-based Italian dishes like eggplant Parmigiana; pasta with meat sauce; and mature cheeses.
