Tasting NotesGrapes are harvested manually from vines with an average age of 40 years. The grapes go through a long and gentle pressing process to preserve the purity of the fruit. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10-12 months before its release. Approximately 4000 bottles are produced annually. Plenty of red fruits (raspberry and blackberry) with spicy liquorice notes, the wine is crunchy, firm and structured. |
