Tasting Notes

Our Chilensis Sauvignon Blanc Reserva displays a pale green color with some silver hues. On the nose appear an intriguing mix of aromas that recall grapefruit, tangerine, green apple and passion fruit mingled elegantly with notes of green chili, anise, acacia flowers and a subtle mineral touch at the end. The palate is fresh and shows an interesting mineral character, some tropical flavors and a crisp acidity. The long, fruity finish makes it an ideal wine to pour with sushi, ceviche, white fish, soft cheeses and vegetarian dishes. Best served at 10ºC (50ºF).
