Tasting NotesThe “Blanc de blancs” is made using the traditional method from 70% Auxerrois, 30% Pinot Blanc grapes, chosen for their fresh and dry characteristics. The bottle ages for a minimum of 15 months on its fine lees, which deliver the wine’s creamy and mouth-filling mid palate, and the consistency of its bubbles. The nose shows beautiful aromas of fresh green apple and the palate is dry, crisp and refreshing, making it the perfect aperitif. 400 cases produced. 12.5% Alc./Vol. |
