Tasting NotesThis organic Moscato Giallo (Yellow Muscat) pét-nat comes from the volcanic and chalky hills of Veneto's Luvigliano Hills. After a native ferment (20% in used oak), and some time on skins, this was put into bottle along with some kept must to kick off secondary ferment. Golden apple and peach is crunchy and fresh on the frizzante palate, with a almond grip and honeyed sweetness on the snappy, dry finish. |
