2016 Bella Terra Blanc de Blanc

Our first Blanc de Blanc is produced from 100% Chardonnay from our Bella Terra vineyard which is now over 30 years old. It spent 16 months on the lees to develop a deep texture and complexity.

With a pale straw colour and a subtle nose of toasted brioche and white flowers, this dry traditional method sparkling wine is delicate and elegant. Supported by layers of white stone fruit and green apple on the palate, the balanced acidity and soft froth of bubbles leave your taste buds wanting more.
Pair with classic oysters, buttery shellfish dishes or even deep fried fish and chicken.

2020 Bella Terra Sparkling Rosé

Visually pleasing, with a lovely blush pink colour and silver rim of fine bubbles, this sparkling rosé has a tropical fruit character on the nose with notes of wild berries, starfruit, guava, and citrus.

On the palate, it is refreshing, dry, and bubbly with a bright acidity. Enjoy layered notes of kiwi, pink grapefruit, raspberry and pineapple.

This wine will pair beautifully with goat's cheese and fresh berries!
