Tasting Notes

Zharpì is a term in the dialect spoken nearby Treviso, which is derived from Zharpir (ẑarpìr) meaning “vine pruning”. This name recalls the wine’s history and the vineyard work that makes all good wine. A clean and aromatic wine, with a fruit rich palate of sour green apples and citrus fruits. The fine bubbles account for a full, lightly tart and dry flavor. Its flavor is intensified if served at 6-8°C. 10 g/L residual sugar.
