Tasting Notes

Mash-fermented Traminer (50% red Traminer, 50% yellow Traminer), stored for 5 months on the skin in the concrete egg and bottled without any interventions. Rose oil, touch of Marshmallow, intense and complex.

The wine opens with a deep, intense, pure, pretty, spicy and aromatic bouquet of apricots and roses. Piquant and firm on the palate, this full-bodied Traminer is rich, tight and powerful but also finessed. The wine was filled in the bottle without filtration, so it’s good to wrist the bottle before opening.
