Tasting NotesThis organic Moscato Giallo (Yellow Muscat) comes from the volcanic and chalky hills of Veneto's Colli Euganei DOCG at an altitude of 250m, though they’ve decided to not take the DOCG status and the restrictions that go along with it. The 7-15 year old vines were fermented with native yeast, and the wine is unfined and unfiltered. Magnolia, orange blossom and meadow herbs are graced with slight nuances of sweet citrus. |
