2009 Chateau Calvimont Cérons (750mL) - from the tiny Bordeaux region of Cérons, just beside Sauternes, this is a classic dessert wine made from Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, late picked grapes affected by the local 'pouriture noble' or 'noble rot' which provide the delicate honey suckle notes and sweetness.

2018 Bodegas Ximénez-Spínola Delicado Cosecha (500mL) - a sweet dessert wine from Jerez, Spain, 100% Pedro Ximenez, but unlike any other. Unctuous, but not cloying, this is a very special wine made in tiny quantities.
