2018 Tombe du Ciel, Nicolas Lebrun. Gaillac, France
Crushed berries and forest floor fill the glass while juicy fruit and savoury spices snap happily on the palate. Bright and wild with integrated tannins this wine flaunts it's hands-off "natural" wine growing nature. Medium in body and forever fresh, this is the ultimate bistro wine! Amazing with anything from chicken sandwiches to steak frites it's easy to drink and hard to put down.

2017 Langhe Freisa, 499 Vino. Piedmont, Italy
Ruby in colour with aromas of strawberries, raspberries, plum, dried flowers and delicate spices. Vibrant with fresh acidity and complimentary fine firm tannins.

2017 El Jardin de La Emperatriz Blanco, Finca La Emperatriz. Rioja Alta
Made from 100% Viura. Mineral driven white with notes of honeycrisp apple, Meyer lemon and flecks of crushed almonds. Try with baked cod or roasted poultry.

2019 El Jardin de La Emperatriz Tinto, Finca La Emperatriz. Rioja Alta
Made from 90% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha, 2% Graciano, 2% Viura, 1% Maturana Tinta. Aged for 12 months in oak, this is a wine of serous structure and balance. Smoky red berries dominate the nose followed by undertones of fresh pulled green herbs. Try with rosemary roasted lamb.
