Tasting Notes

Made from 20-30-year-old vines harvested in the 2nd half of September to the middle of October, the wine fermented over 25 days in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. It was aged for 28 months in oak barrels, where 50% in 300L French oak, 50% in 3,000L Slavonian oak, then aged in bottle for 12 months.
