Tasting Notes

Made from 15-20-year-old vines, the wine was fermented for 20-25 days in stainless before ageing for one year in oak barrels, 300L French oak barriques, and 3,000L oak barrels. The wine then aged in a bottle for 7 months before release. Dark cherry is darted with roses, tulips, and spices flooding the slight body. Fine, long tannins guide this to a delicately spiced finish.
