Tasting Notes

Blueberry and plum fruit with high toned violet and earthy minerality. The palate is round with soft dark fruit and spices supported with fresh acidity and ripe tannins that carry a clean balanced finish. Very versatile wine that will pair easily with veal, chicken, pork, sandwiches or pizza thus a great entertaining wine. Drinking well now and over the next 2-3 years.
