Tasting Notes

This Lodi Cabernet has rich berry fruit with oak and vanilla notes. It has a medium body and gentle tannins. It pairs great with barbeque and wild game dishes.
Ripe, juicy black fruit on the nose and palate - plums, blackberries, cassis mingled with black pepper, dark chocolate and black cherries. A big, jammy Cab, with hints of nutmeg and espresso on the finish.
