Tasting Notes

A CERTIFIED ORGANIC and VEGAN blend of 50% Montepulciano, 50% Sangiovese. Grown in mixed soil, primarily of clay, 300m above sea level on the Marches hills the towns of Offida and Acquaviva Picena, in Ascoli Piceno province. he vineyards are organically farmed, never sprayed with systemic fungicides, pesticides or herbicides. The wine is intended to be consumed within 2-3 years of release. With an intense and ethereal nose, this full-bodied red is dense and chewy, with great purity of fruit. The fresh acidity keeps it light on its feet, and all the tannins are fruit tannins, not a single day was spent in oak.
