Tasting Notes

40% Corvina Veronese, 40%Corvinone and 20% Rondinella, the grapes are handpicked and placed into cases during the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of max 25°C in order to preserve the typical aromas of the range. The wines remain in inox until the end of February following the harvest.
Ruby red in color, with hints of violet, bouquet of red fruits such as cherries and blackberries, well balanced, with optimum contrast between tannins, acidity and sweetness. This is a wine to be enjoyed on all occasions and ideal as accompaniment to appetizers, soups and typical Mediterranean pasta dishes
