Tasting Notes

A wine with intense varietal expression made from the best grapes of Tempranillo as well as from the local Bonicaire variety selected during the 2011 harvests. Hand-picked at our local vineyards. Lightly aged for six months in new American oak barrels. Capped with corks that come from certified sustainable cork‐tree forests from our own region (stamped with the FSC label).
