Tasting Notes

Dark ruby with notes of tobacco, red pepper and dark chocolate. Bright acidity and soft tannins with a silky mouthwatering finish 70% Cab. Franc and 30% Cab. Sauv. An assemblage of different barrels — mainly French (80%), with two Hungarian and one American oak barrel included for flavour complexity. Extended, gentle aging for 18 months. Enjoy beside steak and frites!
