Tasting Notes

Produced by a hand-tended small plot of vineyard following biodynamic farming practices. Aromas of ripe plum and wild berries with earthy overtones, an expression of mediterranean sunshine and vineyard wildlife. Generous and juicy on the palate with integrated tannins hi-lited by herbaceous and mineral undertones. It's very approachable now and quite versatile to pair with food. Enjoy with roast or grilled; white, red or game meats and serve with your choice of vegetables and starch side dishes.
