Tasting Notes

Wonderfully elegant, this has subtle but good concentration, a fine finish and a serious demeanor. Its graceful and understated demeanor shouldn't make you think this is a wimp—there is fine grip on the finish, although the tannins are not astringent at all. This is beautifully done, serious but approachable and graceful. Beautiful red fruit laced with that typical Dao earthy note both on the nose and the palate. This is one for the long hall and will only get better with age.
