Tasting Notes

On the nose, ripe red fruit, chocolate and spices are present, along with soft woody nuances. Elegant on the palate with good acidity and velvety tannins, resulting in a well-structured and harmonious wine.

Food Pairing: Excellent with simple meat dishes, salt cod dishes with potatoes or Portuguese cornbread, pasta, and pizza. Try with Portuguese sheep's milk cheese.
