Located in Emilia-Romagna, the San Valentino Winery produces completely organic wines. Their Bacaia Rosso is a made with the sangiovese grape and possesses aromas and flavours of black cherry, raspberry and wood spice. The silky palate is balanced by soft tannins on the finish.
