Tasting Notes

If you love Pinot Noir and want to explore wines with a similar style and taste, this 100% Garnacha from Cataluña, Spain is a great choice!

Aroma of strawberries and cherries, with balsamic notes. In the mouth, it is dry and fresh, on the lighter side of medium bodied, and quite fruity with notes of cherry cough drops and a hint of almond.

This is a food wine. The pairings will bring out its qualities and enhance your enjoyment. Also, we find that chilling it in the fridge for half an hour before serving will bring out the sweet tannins in this wine.

FOOD PAIRING:
Perfect accompaniment to a charcuterie and cheese board.
