Very similar to the 2016 highly acclaimed vintage. Ideal for producing outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Lovely ruby red, fine aromas of black cherry, quite full bodied on the palate with a very long finish

Chateau Cailleteau Bergeron Prestige 2018
77% Merlot, 10% Cabernet, 10% Malbec. Here's a tidy and grippy package of satellite Right bank Bordeaux fruit, acids and tannin for good weight and proper balance. Shows impressive wood and integrates that aromatic spice into the fruit that seems more than ample and of a strength to handle it well. Vibrancy is elevated and structure is fortifying. Proper stuff here!-90 points

70% Merlot, 30% Malbec. The tannins are expected to soften with age and the wines wonderful acidity is likely to be preserved, going on to reveal oaky spicy notes with a tight brilliant finish.- 90 points
