Tasting NotesThe Black Ridge Pinot Noir has very little Oak to it. There are hints of sweetness to begin with then a nice burst of black fruits. The tannins are satiny and elegant. On the nose you will find plum, cherry, and some tobacco. This wine is made to drink now. Excellent when paired with pasta in tomato sauce, grilled meats, steaks or BBQ’d burgers. |
